Upon termination for cause, PHCAH may forfeit any remaining account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such termination results from a violation of these Terms.
You may close your PHCAH account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
